What is a FIRMS code?
A FIRMS code (Facilities Information and Resources Management System) is a four digit alpha-numeric identifier assigned by US Customs to:
- Container Freight Stations,
- Warehouse Deconsolidators,
- Foreign Trade Zones,
- Bonded Warehouses,
- or any other US Customs Service bonded facility.
FIRMS codes are used when communicating with a US Customs Port of Entry. They are required on import paperwork, inbond transit orders, and other Customs documents. Use the form above to search by FIRMS code, name, address, city, state, ZIP, Customs region, port, status, or facility type.
